5. Dispute Resolution

• Users should attempt to resolve disputes directly.
• If unresolved, Rarelance may offer mediation but does not guarantee resolutions.
• Chargebacks and fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

• Users retain rights to their content but grant Rarelance a limited license to display it on the Platform.
• Unauthorized use of Rarelance’s branding or content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Rarelance is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes between users.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
